Welcome to What I Really Really Want ("we", "us", "our").
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By creating an account, making a payment, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What I Really Really Want is a UK-based online platform that allows individuals to create wishlists and receive monetary gifts from friends and family.
We are not a charity, a bank, or a payment processor.
Our platform allows:
All payments are processed by Stripe and paid directly to the wishlist creator's connected bank account.
We do not hold funds on behalf of users.
Card payments are subject to processing fees charged by Stripe. These fees are shown clearly at checkout.
Gift-givers may choose to cover these fees so that the recipient receives the full gift amount.
Gift-givers may choose to add an optional contribution to support the operation of the platform.
Wishlist creators are never charged fees by us.
Creators receive the full value of gifts sent to them, less any card processing fees that the gift-giver chooses not to cover.
What I Really Really Want does not control, monitor, or restrict how wishlist creators use the money they receive.
All gifts are private transactions between individuals.

We may display advertising, sponsored content, or promotional material on the platform now or in the future.
